Auf der Grundlage der Berechnungen des Energieexperten wurden die folgenden Arbeiten durchgef\u00fchrt, um die Energiequalit\u00e4tseinstufung des Geb\u00e4udes von JJ auf BB zu \u00e4ndern.<\/p><p>Dach- und Fassadend\u00e4mmung: Dachd\u00e4mmung und horizontale D\u00e4mmung auf einer Gesamtfl\u00e4che von 1137 m2 , mit Polystyrolschaumplatten auf 948 m2 und Steinwolle auf 189 m2.<\/p><p>W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung der Fassade auf einer Gesamtfl\u00e4che von 2628 m2, davon Polystyrolschaum auf 1974 m2, Steinwolle auf 340 m2 und Sandwichplatten auf 314 m2.<\/p><p>Austausch von Fassadenfenstern und -t\u00fcren: Ersatz von 376 m2 Fassadenfenstern und -t\u00fcren durch 3-schichtige Kunststofffenster und -t\u00fcren.<\/p><p>Heizungsmodernisierung: Die bestehende Infrarotheizung wurde auf 7269 m3 durch eine Luft-Wasser-W\u00e4rmepumpenanlage ersetzt. Installation einer Luft-Wasser-W\u00e4rmepumpe mit einer Gesamtleistung von 170 kW, Ausr\u00fcstung f\u00fcr Heizung und Warmwasserbereitung im Geb\u00e4ude.<\/p><p>Modernisierung der Beleuchtung: Im gesamten Geb\u00e4ude wurde auf einer Fl\u00e4che von 2119 m2 eine moderne LED-Beleuchtung installiert.
