Our building affected by the development requires modernization from an energetic point of view. Within this framework, based on the energy expert's calculations, the following works must be carried out in order for the building's energy quality classification to change from category JJ to category BB.

Replacement of facade doors and windows: replacement of facade doors and windows with 3-layer plastic doors and windows, on 376 m2.

Roof and facade insulation: roof insulation on 1111 m2 surface with polystyrene foam sheet, facade thermal insulation on 2647 m2 with polystyrene foam sheet.

Replacement of facade doors and windows: replacement of facade doors and windows with 3-layer plastic doors and windows, on 376m2.

Heating modernization: instead of the existing infrared panel heating, a vrv/vrf system heating-cooling system will be installed on 7269 m3.

Modernization of lighting: modern LED lighting will be installed in the entire area of the property, on 2119 m2, the lighting in the building is currently solved with traditional technology, so there is a significant operational loss, it is justified to upgrade the lamps to LED burners, which significantly reduces the electricity demand.

Shading: external shading, on 244 m2, which can filter out part of the sunlight.
